GREETINGS
Compliments of this WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS SEASON to all our Majestic Global School families!
We are grateful to God for bringing us to a very glorious end of the Christmas Term/First Term of 2020/2021 school year.
It has been an enormous pleasure working with you this term. We appreciate your support and cooperation.

VACATION/RESUMPTION:
THE First Term which started on 21st September, 2020 ends today, 17th December, 2020. The school reopens for Second Term on the 4th January, 2021. All pupils are expected to resume on this day.

CHRISTMAS PARTY
Our usual Christmas Party could not hold this year following the directive by the Federal Government that there must ve no assembly or any form of gathering of people in schools..

EXCURSION AND OTHER EXTRA CURRICULUM ACTIVITIES
Extra-curricular activities, like excursion, club activities, etc., are still on hold for now until the government gives a contrary directive on social gathering. You shall be duly informed when there is a go-ahead on that.

COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION / EXTENSION CLASSES
Extension Classes / Saturday Lessons have begun for the pupils in Primary Five in preparation for their Common entrance examinations in 2021. All expenses have been added to the school fees.

SCHOOL FEES
We so much appreciate parents who paid their wards’ fees promptly. Bill for Second Term fees have been attached to this bulletin, and our Early Payment Reward Systems are as follow: N3,000 discount on fees paid on or before 12:00pm, 31st December, 2020. Endeavor to notify the School anytime payment is made on the name of the child and the amount paid. Two weeks of grace shall be given for payment after resumption. Penalties for late payment shall apply after the grace period.

SPELLING AND READING PROGRAMME
We shall be including Spelling and Reading Program to our curriculum for next term. Our teachers are undergoing training on that; and we hope to present our pupils for competitions soon.

PUPILS’ ARRIVAL / DISMISSAL TIME
We decided to relax the pupils’ arrival time for the concluded term because of the guideline given by the government.
We hope things get back to normalcy by the time we resume for Second Term. Pupils are however expected to be in school by 8:00am latest, and leave the school 3:00pm.
Note: The School closes 3:00pm on Monday – Thursday and 1:00pm on Friday from Second Term.
In addition, effective from next term, a fine on N500 will be charged per child who leaves the school later than 4:00pm. The money shall be used to compensate the staff that will watch over the pupils while they await their parents.

DRESSING CODE
Parents are advised to follow our dressing code:

Mondays/Tuesday:
Check / White Shirt / Blouse + White Socks / Black Slip ON Shoes (No Shoe laces)

Wednesdays:
Sport Wears + Black Socks

Thursdays/Fridays
Black / White Polos
Trousers / Skirt / Black Canvas + Black Socks
Please remember no hair attachments and cosmetics for girls. No beads allowed too for safety reasons.

HOLIDAY SAFETY
This is a very vulnerable time in terms of security. We encourage our parents to monitor their children closely during and after the holiday. Censor whatever they watch on TV or internet. Encourage them with the words of God, and their daily prayers should be taken seriously.
